  Dr. Dino DeLaurentis.......This review comes almost 5 months after I met Dr. DeLaurentis and the staff at Clarksville Urology Center. I was referred by my PCP due to a kidney stone that turned out to be almost 3 CM LARGE. The short story is Dr. DeLaurentis FIXED me with 4 surgeries, 2 stents and probably 10 office visits (never missed a day of work) for something that had caused me pain for years and now I am pain free vs. an invasive surgery that would have kept me out of work for long potential periods of time and caused me pain and discomfort! The longer story is that Dr DeLaurentis is AMAZING and so is his staff. He kept me informed and asked for my opinion, he gave me options not only on next steps but also where I could have my procedures and he gave me advice on what the best, most comfortable, least invasive approach was. I am so thankful that I followed his advice, I have read many horror stories online about kidney stones and different approaches...I can honestly say that his advice was perfect. The staff! AMAZING as well, they worked around my schedule, my summer vacation etc, they understand and they will do whatever they can to help. I now have become someone who walks in and is known on a first name basis....and I am so happy that I am! One last point, throughout the process, I always felt like I was being taken care of by someone who gives me the same advice he would give his family and friends......the last surgery I had at the hospital, I was brought out by a nurse to wait for my "person" to bring the car and as we were waiting she said "I love Dr Dino, he is so sweet and just a genuine person". I could not have said it better myself!

  The staff with the exception of the front desk reception is rude and do not care about the fellow human beings. Now had I been military it may have been different. I am a breastfeeding mother with kidney stones that needed to be seen but was turned away because I didn't have day care. I was basically told to leave my infant in the car because Dr. Duffin doesn't allow human children in his office totally discriminatory!!! Wouldn't recommend my animals to this practice!! Maybe if I weren't disabled and rich I would have been treated with respect.
