- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After suffering with chronic back/leg pain, and exhausting all other non-surgical options, I decided to seek out one more doctor. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Hubbard. I had x-rays and a current MRI which he reviewed with me during my first visit. He showed me exactly where my problem was and told me that I would be a good candidate for ALIF surgery and explained the procedure to me. Yes, I am one of those that needs time to process and of course "google" the matter. I went back for a second appointment to ask him some additional questions, which he was happy to do, answering all my questions and concerns. I felt confident that this was the right decision for me so I asked for the surgery to be scheduled. Dr. Hubbard, and his entire staff have been very kind to me as well as were the staff in the hospital. It was an overnight stay, and the surgery was just as Dr. Hubbard had described it would be - no surprises!! I am now 4 weeks out and the recovery for me has been amazing.
