  Walk-in, fill out papers. Wait. Others walk in, no appt either, seen and leave. I waited 4 hours before taken back to a room. Then waited another hour and it was close to closing. I had to use the bathroom several times so walking back and forth from my exam room to bathroom and every single person in the office including doctor and office staff were sitting in chairs laughing and talking about what was on facebook and sharing texts. We asked multiple times when we would be seen and were repeatedly told "you're next", meanwhile they're all sitting doing nothing. After 90 minutes in exam room we finally left. EVERYONE ELSE had gone home except the doctor, nurse and one other support staff person and they made us wait over 5 1/2 hours and no other patients were there. They had turned all the lights off except our exam room. They were rude, hateful, snippy and as helpless to us as a dead snail. Don't go there. Whyever its called urgent care is ridiculous they're not open past 6pm not open before 8am and not open on weekends!!!!

  Has been horrible all I needed was my TB test to be read those who have had this done knows it takes 30 seconds for them to look at your arm. I waited 1 hour++!!! just for them to say in less than a minute I am good!!! I will never go back
