  I would like to speak for a moment about the Clarksville Pain Institute, and more specifically, the office manager Casey. My wife has been a patient for over six months. In that time, she has gotten her medications on time ONCE. Either prior authorization from her insurance is wrong, or the scripts don't get called in, or they get called into a pharmacy in a city she lived in over a year ago. This is not an exaggeration. Her provider, Erin, is absolutely awesome at her job. She listens to my wife, makes recommendations, and adjusts medicine. Were it just for her, we would remain patients. Today, they decided to "randomly drug test" my wife. They told her she had to sit in front of someone, and provide a sameple with her hands up in the air. She told them she had never used the restroom in front of a stranger, and that she was also menstruating, but that didn't matter to them. I left to go get her a drink, since she had to remain in the office. Upon my return, I was greeted by my wife in tears. They had shamed her in front of everyone loudly about her having difficulty urinating. They told her she would have to take off work another day to reschedule because she was the providers last patient and they were not going to wait for her. The office manager cut her off repeatedly and loudly as she spoke. When I went in, she was worse to me. She informed me that if my wife didn't like it, she could just go and find another provider and that I was lucky that she didn't tell my wife and I to get off the property and not come back. She then "kindly" offered to reschedule for tomorrow, but informed me that if my wife (and I quote) "could not perform" that she would no longer be welcome as a patient. When I asked her for a doctors note for her job... she wrote the note and added "patient could not provide a sample, had to reschedule" on the note. I am pretty sure that is a breach of privacy. We begin looking for another provider today.

  I have been working at CPI for a little over 3 months now and I absolutely love it. Patient needs are truly cared for and providers are committed to their well being. Staff members are welcoming; always greeting you with a smile. If you don't believe me, come on in and see for yourself. I'll be here at the front desk to greet you!
